徐兆超,博士,研究員,博士生導師。2001年和2006年在大連理工大學先后獲得學士和博士學位,師從錢旭紅院士,2006-2008年在韓國梨花女子大學做博士后,2008-2011年在英國劍橋大學做赫考爾?史密斯研究員,2011年加入大連化學物理研究所并成立“分子探針與熒光成像”研究組。
主要從事超分辨成像熒光染料分子科學和產品工程,及其在細胞器網絡為典型代表的過程動態(tài)超分辨成像中的應用研究。圍繞著過程動態(tài)超分辨成像亟需熒光分子開關的勻質閃爍和光穩(wěn)定性等多種性能協(xié)同突破的關鍵科學問題,(1)原創(chuàng)性地發(fā)展了“分子內氫鍵調控的勻質閃爍熒光染料”,提出了“緩沖熒光探針”抵抗光漂白的策略,突破了目前20 nm空間分辨率的瓶頸和難以動態(tài)成像的難題,實現了在9 nm / 20 ms時空分辨率下連續(xù)超分辨成像50分鐘。進一步發(fā)現分子間閃爍具有距離感知的能力,據此獲得了3 nm的空間分辨。(2)將多色勻閃熒光染料用于細胞器網絡動態(tài)成像,發(fā)現了多種未見報道的細胞器動態(tài)行為和作用方式。發(fā)現了新冠病毒殼蛋白入侵細胞的過程細節(jié),篩選獲得3個抗新冠抑制劑。(3)基于大量染料結構和發(fā)光性能的計算處理,發(fā)展了染料發(fā)光構效關系理論和功能染料高效開發(fā)方法,形成了超分辨成像熒光染料品牌產品DICP-Fluor和完備的熒光試劑產品線,可滿足不同類型超分辨成像顯微鏡的需求。已發(fā)表論文187篇,包括JACS(12篇)、Angew(15篇),被引用16000多次。受邀撰寫《熒光染料及其生物醫(yī)學應用》(2022年1月化學工業(yè)出版社)一書中的“超分辨成像熒光染料”章節(jié)。受邀撰寫《Imaging Tools for Chemical Biology》(2024年10月RSC出版社)一書中“Chapter 11: Fluorogenic Probes for Protein Labeling: Illuminating Cellular Functions with Precision”。
????獲得國家基金委杰出青年基金、基金委優(yōu)秀青年基金、基金委面上項目(4)等項目資助。2015-2024年連續(xù)入選愛思唯爾中國高被引學者榜單,獲得2018年度國際Czarnik青年科學家獎,為該獎項首位中國獲獎者。獲得2018年度中國分析測試協(xié)會科學技術獎二等獎。獲得2019年大連市人民政府特殊津貼。獲得中國科技期刊卓越行動計劃2021年度優(yōu)秀審稿人獎。學術兼職包括:Coord.
