陳創(chuàng),研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。2007年于鄭州大學(xué)獲工學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位,2013年于中國科學(xué)院大學(xué)獲分析化學(xué)博士學(xué)位,2021年晉升為研究員,2023年4月起擔(dān)任快速檢測(cè)科學(xué)研究組長。先后承擔(dān)/負(fù)責(zé)國家重大科研儀器研制、國家自然科學(xué)基金、遼寧省及大連市科研基金、大連化物所創(chuàng)新基金等項(xiàng)目10余項(xiàng);相關(guān)成果在Anal. Chem.等期刊上發(fā)表論文30余篇,獲授權(quán)發(fā)明專利30余項(xiàng);榮獲2019年大連化物所青年優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)、2017年遼寧省技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎(jiǎng)和2016年大連市技術(shù)發(fā)明一等獎(jiǎng)。
主要研究方向包括:(1)高效電離源技術(shù)及機(jī)理研究:針對(duì)離子遷移譜、直接質(zhì)譜中通用的光電離、電噴霧和化學(xué)電離源,深入研究其中分子-離子反應(yīng)的機(jī)理及相關(guān)影響因素,為新型多模式復(fù)合電離源的設(shè)計(jì)奠定理論基礎(chǔ);(2)超高分辨離子遷移譜技術(shù)研究:研究常壓至百帕氣壓下溫度、氣流、電場(chǎng)等多物理場(chǎng)耦合下離子運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,探索影響離子高保真?zhèn)鬏敽透咝Х蛛x的關(guān)鍵因素,為微型化離子遷移譜以及超高分辨阱遷移譜、行波場(chǎng)無損傳輸遷移譜的設(shè)計(jì)提供理論指導(dǎo);(3)多維譜學(xué)聯(lián)用接口技術(shù)研究:研究并解決離子遷移譜與色譜、質(zhì)譜等聯(lián)用接口中樣品高效利用、離子無損傳輸、時(shí)域匹配等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)難題,支撐多維譜快速檢測(cè)技術(shù)與儀器的研發(fā);(4)多維譜學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)處理方法研究:針對(duì)多維譜學(xué)儀器在環(huán)境、生物復(fù)雜樣品分析等應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景中產(chǎn)生的大量譜圖數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合人工智能算法,開發(fā)以譜庫信息為中心的智能解析系統(tǒng),建立靶向/非靶向分子的定性識(shí)別與定量分析方法。
